- 1 lb Chicken Breast cut into bite-sized pieces
- ½ cup Peanut Butter creamy
- 1 cup Coconut Milk
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
