Ingredients
  

Frozen Meatballs

  • 32 oz Frozen Meatballs Beef, chicken, or pork works great.

Aromatics

  • 2 medium Yellow Onions
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 8 oz Mushrooms Sliced

Broth and Gravy

  • 4 cups Low-Sodium Beef Broth
  • 1 packet Brown Gravy Mix

Seasonings

  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme Or Italian seasoning, oregano, or basil as substitutes.
  • 2 tablespoon White Wine Vinegar Can substitute with red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar.
  • 1 tablespoon Corn Starch To thicken the sauce.

Cheese

  • 1 cup Gruyere Cheese Can substitute with Provolone, Fontina, or mozzarella.

Instructions
 

Cooking Instructions

  • In a crock pot, combine frozen meatballs, sliced onions, garlic, and mushrooms.
  • In a separate bowl, mix beef broth, brown gravy mix, thyme, and white wine vinegar.
  • Pour the mixture over the meatballs and veggies in the crock pot.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
  • Once cooked, stir in corn starch to thicken the sauce and add cheese on top.
  • Let the cheese melt for a few minutes before serving.
