¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup plain greek yogurt
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 lemon juiced
to taste kosher salt
to taste black pepper
2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
1 cup dried tart cherries
½ cup sliced almonds
2 pieces jalapeno peppers seeds removed and diced
2 pieces green onions thinly sliced
1 rib celery diced
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley

Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together the mayo, yogurt, mustard, lemon juice and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Stir in the shredded chicken, cherries, almonds, peppers, onions, celery and parsley. Taste and season more if needed.
This can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. It tastes better as it sits.
