Ingredients
  

Chicken and Coating

  • 2-3 pieces chicken breasts or chicken tenders
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch
  • 1 large egg for egg wash
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour

Bang Bang Sauce

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
  • 1-2 tablespoon sriracha adjust for spice level
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Assembly

  • 1 pack slider buns
  • to taste lettuce optional toppings like pickles

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken

  • If using chicken breasts, slice them into smaller pieces to fit the slider buns.
  • Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  • Dredge each piece of chicken in flour, dip into the beaten egg, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.

Fry the Chicken

  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Fry the breaded chicken pieces for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from the skillet and set aside on a paper towel to drain excess oil.

Make the Bang Bang Sauce

  • In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and rice vinegar.
  • Stir until smooth and creamy. Adjust the amount of sriracha depending on your preferred spice level.

Assemble the Sliders

  • Place a small piece of lettuce and a slice of pickle on the bottom of each slider bun.
  • Add a crispy piece of chicken and drizzle generously with the Bang Bang sauce.
  • Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately!
